Havertz the form pick
Germany and the Netherlands both enjoyed victories at the weekend, the Dutch beating Scotland 4-0 in Amsterdam on Friday while Germany were surprise 2-0 winners away to France the next day.
Kai Havertz scored Germany’s second goal in Lyon – his 15th in 43 international appearances and his second in his past three matches for his country.
The 24-year-old has also scored in each of his last four Premier League matches for Arsenal and, after a confidence-boosting win for his country, we’re backing him to be on target again in Frankfurt.
Germany vs Netherlands tip 1: Kai Havertz to score any time @ 12/5 with talkSPORT BET
De Roon runs risk of booking
Marten de Roon didn’t play in the Netherlands’ win over Scotland but he is expected to start against Germany on Tuesday.
The midfielder has picked up nine yellow cards in 24 Serie A games for Atalanta this season and, up against the likes of Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz, he’s sure to be in for another testing night.
Part of De Roon’s role is to break up play and he isn’t shy making the kind of tackles that can lead to him ending up in thereferee’s notebook.
Germany vs Netherlands tip 2: Marten de Roon to be carded @ 3/1 with talkSPORT BET
Musiala can make class tell
Bayern Munich midfielder Jamal Musiala provided the assist for Havertz’s goal against France at the weekend and has impressed all season with his creativity for club and country.
He has 15 assists in the past two Bundesliga seasons as well as five goals in his previous five matches in the German top flight.
Musiala has been given a free role on the right by Julian Nagelsmann with the licence to drift inside whenever he wants to – and we can see him setting up another goal at Deutsche Bank Park.
Germany vs Netherlands tip 3: Jamal Musiala to have 1+ assist @ 7/1 with talkSPORT BET
