By Das erste Highlight bei der WaSOP XIII im Circus Casino Resort Namur ist entschieden, Marco Niederdeppe holte den Sieg beim € 330 Super Side für € 51.000 + € 2.200 CPS Ticket.
Von den 1.218 Entries waren nur noch 26 Spieler übrig, die gestern, den 30. Juli, ins Finale starteten. Marco Niederdeppe war der Chipleader, auch Rainer Emde hatte eine gute Ausgangsposition für das Finale.
Beide schafften es auch an den Final Table, wobei Rainer Emde dann aber auf Rang 8 für € 6.650 Feierabend hatte. Marco Niederdeppe dagegen marschierte durch zum Sieg und setzte sich im Heads-up gegen den Belgier Louis Lourthie durch, was ihm die Siegprämie von € 51.000 + € 2.200 CPS Ticket bescherte.
Beim € 1.100 High Roller (€ 200.000 GTD) kann man heute noch für ein Level einsteigen (100k/50′), aber um 14 Uhr wird auch das € 550 Main Event eröffnet. Satte € 500.000 Preisgeld sind garantiert, gespielt wird mit 50.000 Chips und 45 Minuten Levels. Bis Freitag Abend gibt es insgesamt fünf Flights, ehe es am Samstag dann in Tag 2 geht, das Finale wird am Sonntag gespielt. Die Cash Games beginnen täglich bei € 2,5/2,5 NLH bzw. € 5/5 PLO.
